Selected projects show how we document construction progress on site with regular photos and clear project information.
Seaside Luxury is a planned residential project in Juan Dolio with a residential building of around 12 levels and apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms. Published sizes include approximately 57.30 m², 83 m² and 106.50 m². Planned amenities include an infinity pool, gym, sauna, co-working, social lounge, restaurant and bar. Our current photos show an enclosed property with no above-ground structure yet visible from outside.
View projectSKYSEA is a planned residential project in Juan Dolio with a residential tower of around 15 levels close to the sea. Planned amenities include a pool, gym, café/bistro, children's area, co-working and additional shared spaces. Our photos from September 2026 show a fully enclosed site with no above-ground structure yet visible from outside. One notable point: when we tested the QR code shown on the construction sign, it led to a telephone number reported as non-existent.
View projectAracena Tower 2 is a residential project currently under construction in Juan Dolio, offering modern apartments and extensive shared amenities. Planned facilities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, restaurant, cigar lounge, meeting areas, golf simulator and pádel court. The project is currently at an early stage of construction. Based on our regular observations on site, work is continuing steadily, although the closed construction fencing currently makes it difficult to see much of the actual progress from outside.
