Our photos from September 2026 show a fully enclosed site with no above-ground structure yet visible from outside. One notable point: when we tested the QR code shown on the construction sign, it led to a telephone number reported as non-existent.

SKYSEA is a new residential project in Juan Dolio, in the province of San Pedro de Macorís. According to information currently published by Plusval, the development is planned as a residential building of around 15 levels. It is located close to the sea and is promoted with views of the Caribbean and the surrounding tropical vegetation.
Plusval currently advertises, among other options, a unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one parking space and 76 m² of living area. The current stated handover date is December 2029. Prices and available units may change during construction and sales and should therefore be confirmed directly with the provider before any purchase decision.
The construction signs show amenities including a swimming pool, gym, café/bistro and children's area. The current Plusval project description also mentions a play area, co-working, lobby, common security monitoring and other features.
Our impression on site
Our photos from September 2026 show the property fully enclosed by construction fencing. From the street, no rising above-ground structure is currently visible. The project therefore still appears to be at an early construction or site-preparation stage. We will continue to monitor the development and document it with current photos.

The signs on site identify FiduAPAP as the trust administration, or “Administración fiduciaria”. Ramón H. Paulino is listed as a direct contact at 829 448 8394 and Sara Sacarias at 829 960 6631. The project is also marketed online through Plusval Inmobiliaria.
QR-code note
When we tested the QR code displayed on the construction sign, it referred to a telephone number that was reported as non-existent. Interested buyers should therefore use the telephone numbers printed on the sign or the provider's official contact channels and verify contact information again before making any payment or reservation.
