A look at a real project

Aracena Tower 2 is a residential project currently under construction in Juan Dolio, offering modern apartments and extensive shared amenities. Planned facilities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, restaurant, cigar lounge, meeting areas, golf simulator and pádel court. The project is currently at an early stage of construction. Based on our regular observations on site, work is continuing steadily, although the closed construction fencing currently makes it difficult to see much of the actual progress from outside.

Can you also check the interior?

Yes, but only if permitted access is available. Without access, we can only look at the exterior and the immediate surroundings.

Is this a technical or legal inspection?

No. We carry out a personal visual inspection and document what we see. This does not replace a technical expert report or a legal review.

How quickly can an appointment be arranged?
